Terms of Service

Rules and responsibilities for using the gProd platform.

User Notice

This terms of service is a legal agreement between you (representing your company) and the gProd platform. Please read the clauses and responsibilities carefully before starting or continuing the services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The use of the **gProd** platform (software, endpoints, logistical panels, and production panels) is conditional on the express acceptance of all terms, obligations, and rules set forth in this document.

By registering, connecting integration accounts, or providing login access to your collaborators in gProd, you declare you are aware of and fully agree to these contractual conditions.

2. Application Description

gProd is a SaaS industrial production management ecosystem comprising:

  • Barcode label generation for physical identification of woodwork parts.
  • Tracking of production processes in manufacturing sectors through checkpoints.
  • Logistical integration to control volume assembly, dispatch, and delivery confirmations with partner stores.
  • Warehouse, supply chain management, and wood sheet remnants manager.

3. Registration and Account Security

The contracting woodwork is solely and exclusively responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of logins and passwords generated for its managers, PCP supervisors, and machine operators.
  • Restricting access to critical functions (such as reversing read status and manual part deletion) to authorized collaborators.
  • Immediately blocking access for collaborators who have left the company's production activities.

4. Permitted Use and Obligations

The company agrees to use gProd strictly in compliance with applicable laws. It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Perform denial-of-service attacks, attempt reverse engineering of the source code, or run deliberate SQL injection tests.
  • Provide false data to bypass internal audit authentication.
  • Upload or attach documents containing viruses, malware, or content considered illegal by law.

5. Own Cloud Integration (Google Drive)

For the purpose of reducing costs and providing flexibility for storing heavy files, the platform offers **Google Drive** integration via OAuth 2.0.

Under this modality:

  • **Space Subscription:** The purchase, choice, and payment of additional storage plans (Google One, Google Workspace) is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the woodwork client directly with Google LLC.
  • **Quota & Limitations:** If the client's Google Drive space is full, gProd will block new attachment uploads to prevent waste of disk space on our host server, as a working Drive integration is mandatory to use attachments in the system.
  • **Disclaimer of Liability:** gProd is exempt from any charge or compensation regarding connection failures in Google's cloud or loss of files caused by manual and accidental deletion made directly inside the client's Google Drive interface.

6. Intellectual Property

The source code architecture, database, UI design, logos, trademarks, and logical routines of the gProd software belong exclusively to the licensing developer of the system.

The client is granted a temporary, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use gProd according to the contracted plan. The parts lists tables, orders entered, and files attached by the woodwork remain the property of the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

gProd is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:

  • Financial losses caused by production delays resulting from internet connection slowness in the factory.
  • Failures in reading barcodes due to poor physical printing quality of paper labels.
  • Permanent deletions of parts from the database made by operators in rollback mode released by token.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the national laws of the system licensing country.

To resolve any disputes arising from this contract, the parties elect by mutual agreement the court of the location of gProd software development headquarters, to the exclusion of any other.
