GDPR Commitment
This document has been prepared in compliance with data protection laws (such as LGPD and GDPR). Our highest priority is transparency regarding how production information is processed.
1. Introduction
The **gProd** platform is a production management software (SaaS) aimed at woodworks, furniture factories, and partner stores. Your privacy and the security of your company and order data are fundamental to us.
By using gProd, you agree to the data collection and use practices detailed in this policy. If you disagree with any term, please suspend use and contact us.
2. Collected Data
gProd collects information at different operational levels to provide its services:
- Corporate Data: Woodwork name, corporate tax ID/VAT, support email, physical address, and system domain.
- User Data: Name, login, encrypted password, and access level (PCP, Operator, Manager, Store) of each registered member to access the panel.
- Production Data: Parts list files, dimensions (length, width, thickness), quantity of parts, barcodes generated, batches, and logs of read scans made by operators in manufacturing sectors.
- Files and Attachments of Orders: Ambient images, 3D project renders, sales contract PDFs, and technical files (such as Promob, SketchUp, or cutting plans) that users decide to attach to an order.
3. Data Usage
All data collected by gProd is intended solely and exclusively for the operational execution of the manufacturing and management activities of your business:
- Ensure tracking of furniture parts through production stages (Edgebanding, Machining, Assembly, Packaging, etc.).
- Identify and audit which operator performed each manufacturing step or requested reworks/reversals (generating internal audit logs).
- Facilitate logistical communication between stores and factories regarding volume delivery status.
- Send urgent notifications about system updates or production pendencies.
4. Google Drive API Integration
To reduce storage costs and give autonomy to woodworks, gProd has optional integration with the **Google Drive API** through the OAuth 2.0 protocol.
By activating this integration:
- gProd requests limited access only to files it creates or uploads to the cloud (scope `drive.file`). gProd will not have access to other photos, personal documents, or old files in your Drive.
- The generated `refresh_token` is stored in our database with secure encryption to allow the system to perform automatic offline uploads.
- Attachments and renders sent by gProd go directly to your own company's Google Drive. If you disable the integration, new uploads will be blocked, as the system requires active integration to allow attachments.
5. Data Sharing
gProd **does not sell, rent, or share** production data, projects, or customer information of registered woodworks with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Sharing occurs strictly in the following situations:
- Between the manufacturing factory/woodwork and the requesting partner Store (only data relevant to that order).
- With Google's own infrastructure (should the woodwork decide to link its corporate Google Drive).
- Under legal determination or court order of competent authorities.
6. Information Security
We adopt advanced technical and administrative measures to keep your data and your factory data protected against unauthorized access, accidental loss, or unwanted destruction:
- Use of state-of-the-art encryption (SSL/HTTPS) throughout system data traffic.
- Storage of user passwords using secure hashing algorithms in the database.
- Protection mechanism against unauthorized accesses to administrative endpoints.
- Strict control of access privileges based on registered user levels.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
Under GDPR/LGPD regulations, woodworks and their collaborating users have fundamental rights over their personal data, including:
- Confirming the existence of data processing.
- Accessing their registered information in a simplified way in the user profile panel.
- Requesting the correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
- Deleting data that is not legally required to be maintained by fiscal or contractual obligations.
8. Contact and Inquiries
To exercise any of your rights, clear doubts about our privacy policy, or report security issues, please contact us through the administration support email or call your woodwork's internal technical support.
